To help you keep life in focus, Novant Health offers you vision coverage through Vision Service Plan (VSP) to help pay for eye exams and vision correction.

2024 vision plan

While the medical plans do not cover routine vision care, you can enroll in vision coverage as a new hire, during Open Enrollment or if you have a qualifying life event. VSP Vision Care provides you with personalized eye care at VSP network locations with low or no costs. You can take advantage of Exclusive Member Extras that provide offers from VSP and leading industry brands, by using Premier Program locations, including private practice doctors and over 700 Visionworks locations nationwide.

How much does vision coverage cost?

You pay for vision coverage through pre-tax premiums from your paycheck. The amount you pay will depend on whether you cover just yourself or family members. You can view your plan costs in the enrollment system and here.
