Overview
Novant Health offers a range of resources to support your well-being and earn incentives for participating! All team members have access to the well-being portal and are encouraged to participate in activities to support their well-being journeys. You can participate in group and personal well-being challenges, track activities, and certain team members can earn incentives.
How it Works
If you are enrolled in the Premium or Standard medical plans through Cigna, any incentives that you earn are contributed to your Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). Your HRA balance is used to offset your out-of-pocket health care expenses throughout the year. Cigna plan members should visit www.mycigna.com and livehealthynovanthealth.com to track incentives and program rewards.
If you are enrolled in the Surest medical plan or if you aren’t enrolled in a medical plan but are in a benefits-eligible position, you can redeem the points you earn in Rewards Mall for hundreds of merchandise options.

MotivateMe: Cigna Members
If you are enrolled in the Premium or Standard medical plans through Cigna, you can access your MotivateMe platform on www.mycigna.com and view the activities and incentive amounts for you and your enrolled spouse. The activities include completing biometric screenings, getting preventive screenings, participating in lifestyle coaching and courses, and participating in activities in our well-being portal at livehealthynovanthealth.com.
To get started, visit www.mycigna.com, register for a MotivateMe account, or login to your account. Then, click on the Wellness tab and follow the prompts to view incentives, track your goals, and see your progress on incentives.
Well-Being Portal: Surest Members and those not enrolled in a medical plan but benefits-eligible
You can earn incentives and track your progress on the livehealthynovanthealth.com portal. Once you register and create your account, click on Program Overview to see your incentive tracker, and follow the steps to enter your progress. You can view available challenges and courses on the Challenges tab.
You can check your current incentives balance on the Rewards tab and visit the Rewards Mall to redeem your incentives for gift cards, merchandise or to donate rewards to a charity.
